Letterhead

Business Card

How does everything work?
We’ll get you started by giving you access to our specially targeted mini-course designed to help you answer our questionnaires. Answering these questionnaires will help us understand you and your business, so we can deliver the best designs that are aligned with your needs and goals.

We'll also invite you to a Slack channel where you have direct collaboration with your project team. We always incorporate your feedback and input into the product. After all, you're part of every step in our fully digital process! If you need help, no problem! We’ll guide you right through it too.
How does the mini-course work?
If you're already sure about what you and your business needs, you can opt-out of the course and go straight to answering the questionnaire.

We’ve estimated that it takes 4-8 hours to complete both the mini-course and questionnaire. You can accomplish each part in different sittings, or opt to answer all in just a few hours.

If you have any questions during the process, just contact our team and we'll be here to help you. We may also get back to you with clarifications on your answers. Our goal is to set the stage for a smooth design process.
I can’t do this alone. Can I work on the questionnaires with my partners/co-workers/consultants, etc.?
Yes, you may work on the questionnaires and workbooks with multiple members of your team.

Upon purchasing, you are automatically given access to a Helmi Studios account on our website. You and your team can decide who fills out which questionnaire.

Please do not submit multiple answers for the same questionnaire. We will only work with the most recently-sent submissions, in case you need to correct any mistakes in the previous answers. We recommend answering the questionnaires as a team, as long as only one member submits each questionnaire.

Should you need more members onboard in helping you answer the questionnaires, you or your representative may reach out to us so we can set up additional accounts on our Helmi Studios website.

How long will the whole design process before final delivery?
The entire process for this bundle will take approximately 7-10 weeks to complete. The delivery time will of course depend on how detailed you answer our questionnaires, and how promptly you relay your feedback at each step in the process.
Can I trademark the logo design?
Yes you can. After the final project turnover, you will own the copyright to the logo and you are free to protect your logo through applying for a trademark. The registration will depend on your brand name among other details. We recommend that you contact a trademark attorney for more assistance on registering your logo and brand name as a trademark.

How many revisions can I have?
You have up to three revisions at each stage in the process. Extra revisions will be charged depending on where you are in the process. We’ll notify you when you’ve reached your third and final free revision.

Don’t worry about these three revisions, as most of the time they’re already more than enough. We internally review and revise each stage with our keen-eyed designers before we give you a peek, just to make sure our work is always in top shape!
Between Squarespace and WordPress, which would you recommend?
Both platforms are great for hosting your website. However, this will depend on your unique needs as a business. We recommend Wordpress if you feel that you would like more flexibility in customizing your website, and Squarespace if you are looking for a website that you can easily maintain without any technical know-how. We can further help you decide during a free consultation call with our team.

If you purchase the Squarespace package and notice during the initial stages of the process that you need more functionalities or customization, you can always ask us to upgrade your package while we are still designing your website’s inner pages. Just make sure to specify this before we start developing the site itself. We can also guide you through this decision if we notice that your requirements can be built only on Wordpress and not on Squarespace.
What if I need more pages to my website than the once included in the package?
You can purchase more pages as add-ons once you checkout this package. Have as many pages as you want for only 250 USD each — and this includes our team's help with the copy, visuals, and of course, building and designing the site. Each additional page holds 200-400 words.
What if the page or pages I want for my website are much longer than the word counts provided?
If you'd like to add more sections, or a very extensive page with a significantly higher word count, you can purchase an additional page for the site.
Will the Helmi Team be writing all the website content for me as well?
The Helmi Team provides copywriting for the whole website. This means that we will write the content based on the information you provided about your business. Our framework for website conversion copy aims to simplify your message to make it understandable for your ideal customers, and ensure the copy thoroughly reflects your brand tone.

For this package, we will not be writing any blog articles or blog content for your website.
How will you be able to acquire pictures of my products if the team is operating remotely?
If the website requires it, we would need you to send us pictures of your business. We highly recommend hiring a local product or brand photographer if you don't have any on-hand. We can also guide you to take your own professional photos! You can send the photo files to us for post-processing and editing.
Will the Helmi Team be the ones to manage my business’ social media accounts?
For this package, the Helmi Team will help connect your social media platforms into your website. We won’t be setting up your social media accounts, nor will we manage your current ones.
If I need any special functionality to my website, can you help with that?
Some frequently-requested functionalities are available as add-ons to the packages. We currently offer functionalities for your Email Newsletter and Appointment Booking, and you may view more information about these add-ons at checkout.
